Pets Republic was established in 2006 as a small animal specialty shop selling exotic chinchillas of all colours, pedigreed rabbits such as Netherland Dwarfs, Holland Lops and even Flemish Giants, guinea pigs and hamsters. Our maiden store was set up along a quiet lane off East Coast Road opposite a vet at Telok Kurau Road. Since then, other than selling products and live animals, we have also branched out to providing rehoming services, boarding services and grooming services. We are also happy to help on any queries you might have regarding your pets’ health, behaviour and habits.
In 2009, we opened up a second store in the West end of Singapore. While maintaining our specialty in small animals, this store has seen us expand our portfolio into retailing dog and cat products and services such as grooming and boarding to cater to our larger furry friends. We have also expanded our range of small animals into other types of rabbits and hamsters at Jurong East to meet requests for a small pet that is more affordable but just as friendly. While the quality of the animals in the West may not meet show or pedigree standards, they are also very adorable and would reward you with a loving lick or nuzzle if treated well!

Oh yeah, also for reference, our opening hours at the Telok Kurau branch are from 11am-9pm on weekends and 12noon – 9pm on weekdays. Our Jurong East branch opens from 11-9pm daily.

Sometimes we do and sometimes we don’t. Unfortunately right now is one of the times we don’t. We do however have mottled mice and blue mice, haha, not exactly the same thing but cuter. To me anyway.
